Therefore, he set out to offer his customers the highest quality products, the best in personal service and a noticeable value, today synonymous with Webb's Oil Corporation. Coming through the Great Depression, as a young man Harry Webb knew all too well the importance of "a value for a dollar".

His goals accomplished , Harry Webb saw his home heating oil company expand into a noted distributor of gasoline and diesel fuels within its first year of operation. Webb's Oil Corporation's reputation grew, as did the company's customer base.
